Verify AdSense On Line
If you have not got your 6 digits PIN ( Personal Identification Number ) to verify AdSense Address. And you have requested pin three times and your address has not got verified. Google has made it easy to verify by on line mode, you can attach your official document.
Such as, in India AADHAR card or any official document on which your mentioned address on Adsense and on your official document are the same.
Further, when my balance $10 Google’s AdSense notified for address verification. I requested for PIN, but it did not reached at my address. I requested again for PIN after one month, but again PIN did not reach at my address.

Here, in (Submit an attachment) I uploaded AADHAR ( In India AADHAR card is an id card based on biometric data in which address is mentioned) card and after submitting I got the following email.
A address verification notification was removed from AdSense. So, do not worry wait for three months AdSense will provide a form to fill up and upload address verification document. And your address will get verified. And finally this message will appear on the bell icon.
